Voice lines

Voice lines are Common cosmetics Cosmetics are items in Overwatch which allow players to customize their heroes and profiles. They do not affect gameplay. There are currently eight types of cosmetics: Player Icons, Skins, Emotes, Sprays, Voice Lines, Victory Poses, which allow heroes See playable characters. For the animated short, see Hero. All of the heroes, as of 2015 There are currently 24 playable hero characters in Overwatch. Each fits into one of four roles to say special quotes. Players can trigger their hero`s voice line through the communication wheel The communication wheel interface The communication wheel is an interface which allows players to send automatic messages during matches. Players can bring up the communication wheel using the C button, and can then choose from .

Each Hero can be equipped with up to 4 different Voice-lines from the Hero Gallery on the Main Menu, and each hero has 1 default "Heroic" Voice line. There are currently 318 non-default voice lines in the game.

There are 90 that can only be unlocked in seasonal loot boxes:

• 22 can be unlocked in Summer Games The Summer Games is an annual 1] seasonal event in Overwatch. The event has special Loot Boxes, 112 exclusive cosmetics, and an exclusive brawl, Lúcioball. The first Summer Games event started on Aug. 2, 2016 loot boxes.
• 22 can be unlocked in Halloween Terror Halloween Terror is a seasonal event in Overwatch. This event featuresSpecial attraction 116 exclusive cosmetics, seasonal loot boxes, and an exclusive brawl, Junkenstein s Revenge. The event started on Oct. 11, 2016, and ended on Nov. 1, loot boxes.
• 23 can be unlocked in Winter Wonderland Winter Wonderland is a seasonal event in Overwatch. This event features 124 exclusive cosmetics, seasonal loot boxes, and an exclusive brawl, Mei s Snowball Offensive. The event started on Dec. 13, 2016, and ended on Jan. loot boxes.
• 23 can be unlocked in Year of the Rooster The Year of the Rooster is a seasonal event in Overwatch. This event features 124 exclusive cosmetics, seasonal Loot Boxes, and an exclusive brawl, Capture the Rooster. It started on Jan. 24, 2017 and ended loot boxes.
